# Forms displaying wrong

 * Hey there,
 * I use your plugin and it’s such a great one. But since a few days the forms aren’t
   shown as great as they are. My theme hasn’t been updated so it can only be a 
   plugin who make this issue. But I allready deactivated one by one but it doesn’t
   changed. Can you help me please?

 * Yes, I switched the theme and the form looked better than whith my current theme
   but I think not correct at all. There were no icons in the form fields for example.

 * Could you please provide us with a screenshot? Also, what default WP theme did
   you try to test the layout?
