# Forms getting duplicated

 * Hi folks,
 * For some reason. When someone gives a donation. The form for that donation page
   gets dupilcated. If I remove one form, then the entire list of duplicated forms
   delete and then I have to start from scratch.
 * When I go here [https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=give_forms](https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=give_forms)
   all seems to be well. No duplication.
 * But when I go here [https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=give_forms&page=give-forms](https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=give_forms&page=give-forms)
 * There is a new form for every donation made to that shortcode.
 * I was on Nginx server and I thought it was some caching issue. I disabled my 
   cache, nothing happened. Then I moved the site to an Apache server and same issue.
 * Any ideas?

 * Happy to help here.
 * We have seen some sporadic reports of this but I have not been able to reproduce
   it.
 * The new donations list: [https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=give_forms&page=give-forms](https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=give_forms&page=give-forms)
   loads using React. It’s possible that the query is conflicting with another plugin
   or the theme itself.
 * Can you attach your system info found in Donations -> Tools -> System Info?
 * This will give us more context to try to replicate this issue and solve it.

   At the moment, we aren’t able to replicate the issue, but we are investigating
