 * Since the logs indicate that you successfully reconnected, are the lists and 
   whatnot showing up again?
 * I submitted to the form, and if things are working right now, you should have
   a new “Constant Contact Forum Support” list entry.

 * Once I cleared cache, the lists showed up again after reconnecting. Thank you.
 * I have a different issue if I may. On my website, under the sign up form appears
   the line “By submitting this form, you are consenting to receive marketing emails
   from: . You can revoke your consent….” The ‘from’ is missing. Where can I input
   that value?

 * That part should be coming from your account information and most specifically
   the “Organization name” field.

   where it wasn’t quite yet filled in.
