    Hi,

    People who su, bit a gravity form on my set are getting a message from Cleantalk saying the email address does not exists. This isn’t a registration form or log in form, but a form to submit details so no idea why it would say email does not exists?

    Hello,

    There is an email field on your form. All email addresses are checked for existence. Please let us know if there will be any false positives:

    Hi Serge, what date are they checked for existence against?

    Can I turn this feature off?

    Email addresses are checked at the time of sending the message. We can disable this, but it will affect all forms on your website.
