Forms are not displaying at all on the default form pages! The console returns an error telling “the field cannot be empty”. Getting back to a previous version of UM doesn’t solve the issue, and the script only seems to be included once in my case, even though my form is quite particular because there are actually two sub-forms within one master form, each sub-form giving access to a custom role.
