 * Hi Ninja Forms! My request for quote form is not loading.
 * In Chrome, an Icon just spins. In Firefox, I get this message where the form 
   should be “Notice: JavaScript is required for this content.”
 * Form works on other websites. How can I fix this?

 * I am getting the same error. For me I think its because I am not enquing jQuery
   in the standard way. Why is the plugin dependant on jQuery in this manner?
