# Forms not sending

 * Hello,
 * When a user fills out the form, they receive a confirmation email. However I 
   never get an email with what they are sending.
 * In the “send to field” I have tried entering both “select a field” with [name@domain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/forms-not-sending-7/name@domain.com?output_format=md)
   and [name@domain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/forms-not-sending-7/name@domain.com?output_format=md)[
   control_1622839261]
 * I’ve also tried just putting “enter email” into the Send to field and choosing
   [name@domain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/forms-not-sending-7/name@domain.com?output_format=md)
   to send to.

 * I am having the same issue on a client’s website. We set up a form for workshop
   registrations. While there was one successful submission a few days ago, my client
   did not receive it, and I just submitted a test of the form, and it was not recorded
   in the Submissions list. His workshop comes up in a couple of weeks, so we need
   help very soon.
