# Forms not sending while plugin active.

 * Forms on this page had been working until today.
    Each form should send a pdf
   to both admin and client on completion, however the ajax loading circle repeats
   endlessly. Admin receives the submitted form, but client doesn’t.
 * Any ideas what could be causing the clash?

 * Only way I’ve found of getting round it so far is using another plugin: [https://www.zealousweb.com/documentation/wordpress-plugins/generate-pdf-using-contact-form-7/](https://www.zealousweb.com/documentation/wordpress-plugins/generate-pdf-using-contact-form-7/)
   
   However, the files it generates are very poor compared to this plugin. If you’re
   not looking to add mail tags to the pdf you can upload a pdf you want attached.

 * Are “Yoast SEO” and “Post SMTP” installed on your website?
