Forms Not Submitting/Working At All ! Please Fix

Firstly, this is an awesome plugin and I’ve recommended it to many people, including on my upcoming podcast.

But, the plugin has stopped working (and weirdly at odd times it might but most times it doesn’t). What I do mean?

– without changing anything on the forms, the SUBMIT no longer does anything.
– only changes have been to apply normal updates to the plugin.
– tried disabling other plugins to ensure there is no conflict.

Could a recent update have broken something in the code? I hate to use something else, as this was my top forms plugin. But need to find a speedy resolution.

Are the entries being saved in the entries list? or is there just nothing?

Nothing was being saved…sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t…too unreliable. Hope you find a solution…looking at other options in the meantime.

can you try the current dev version on https://github.com/Desertsnowman/Caldera-Forms

Its been updated with a few things that may help.

Jesus, having the same problem here, and this is the second time Caldera fails the same day a big newsletter is out… Im getting my self on a delicate position here for being the one who suggested Caldera in the first place :(((((((((((((((((((((((((((

I’ve tried everything, disabling Ajax, disabling site cache… nothing makes any effect. The form shows the spinner (even with ajax disabled) and does nothing. No JS errors on the console either.

Wow, can’t believe this is still an issue after 4 months…someone really needs to go through the code and clean it up and catch/fix this problem 🙂

This has just happened to me too. I actually created a form from scratch again and periodically checked that it sent throughout development and the when finished it was fine. Then all of a sudden it didn’t send the info.
Content is checked when clicking send but doesn’t clear the form or display the message or send the data.

Please help.

Hi everyone,

My problem was related to a caching plugin. I my case it was WP Super Cache, but other caching solutions may have similar results. Worths a look into it.

Sadly I got this problem again today, with a form where I’ve already applied the cache fix 🙁

Sad it is, that such a plugin doth have code that wanders wearily hither and thither, with nary a developer to fix it’s path 🙂
