Both of your forms got successfully submitted when testing. But you have a few styling issues though, which are related to your theme, which is adding additional styling to our forms. Is this what you are referring to?
After I posted this ticket I deleted the forms that were not working, I could not keep losing potential leads.
The tests you sent were using the only form that works. It is possible that the issue is theme related since I am using a new theme but it’s weird how the same cloned form does not work while the original one does.

We had tests on both pages. In both cases it worked, thus I am not sure the causes of your issue. We had tested the plugin on your provided pages.
Again, what you are testing IS WORKING because I replaced them before you got to the pages. Don’t worry about it.
