However, I am now getting the following error message * It looks like the forms table is missing. Please de-activate and re-activate the plugin to attempt to create the table. However, now we have the following issue * WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘id’ in ‘where clause’] SELECT * FROM wp_yikes_easy_mc_forms WHERE id = aabd5a7a2b * Oh no…This form doesn’t exist. Head back to the manage forms page and select a different form. * When I try to create the form it then says * Error Creating Form * Please try again. I have no idea why the tables aren’t being created for you. * What did you host provider do for you? If they simply created a table with no rows, that’s not going to resolve the issue.
