# Forum posting error message

 * I am running WordPress 4.9 using the Sport theme.
 * The site has a forums section which works OK. However, one particular user keep
   experiencing a problem when posting. At every attempt, he gets the following 
   message: ‘ERROR your topic cannot be created at this time’. No other users have
   reported the same issue.
 * I have tried various things to resolve this, including deleting and recreating
   his account. Nothing has worked so far. But if I log in myself using his user
   name and password, I am able to post without any problems.
 * This would seem to suggest that the issue is not with the WordPress site, but
   something unique to his PC set-up.
 * Has anyone encountered this before and, if so, figured out what the cause is?
