I had the very same problem for day on end when I first installed it and could not figure it out. I went back and rechecked all my edits to the files and sure enough it was a typo to the resizer path in the overall_footer.html Is this your issue you are having now? I can not be certain. I am only guessing you are installing using the iframe method. If so, you really need to double check and make sure you put the java files where they belong and make certain the path is set correctly int he code you inserted in the overall_footer.tpl.

This was 100% the exact same issue I had and the very same fix fixed my issue. I hope it does yours as well.
