# Forums on single install?

 * Hi all,
 * I am looking to install a forum on a single install of WP. Can this be done? 
   If so can anyone recommend a plug in that works? I don’t mind if there is a premium
   attached as long as it does the job well.

 * I use it on VOodooPress, a single install. Works great, lightweight, simple, 
   and full integartion with WP.

   lot more built in ‘forum features’, but I prefer simplicity, so I switched over

 * I maybe thick here in thinking, but doesn’t bbpress require its own install? 
   Or can this be linked to my current WP install?

 * bbPress pre 1.x was a sep install
 * If you look in the plugins directory, it is now 2.x. When 2.0 came out, it became
   a plugin. Just install like a normal plugin, and good to go!
 * Also, bbPress plugins pon the website bbPress.org are for the stand alone 1.x
   version
 * bbPress plugins found here in the plugin directory are (should) be compatible
   with the 2.x version

    Here we are. That’s 100% un customized, I haven’t had
   time to work on any theming yet

   have detailed questions about the plugin
