Hi zetmouse,
You can use whether Loco Translate or Poedit. Both are based on POT file translation, just use the wpforo-ru_Ru file.

Also wpForo has phrase system for quick translation in Dashboard > Forums > Phrases admin page, all non-tranlated phrases can be edited and inserted the translated value.

Да, я пробовал перевести с помощью ЛОКО
Но некоторые надписи не переводятся. На скриншотах показано какие надписи не перевелись на Русский язык.

Try to translate the missing phrases using Dashboard > Forums > Phrases admin page. Search for certain phrase, edit and put the translated value. If you didn’t find some phrase you can add it as well. just use the [Add New] button. Please note, the key of the new phrase must be the English version, the value can be the translated version.

Нужные надписи так и остаются на английском. Ввожу в графе КЛЮЧ оригинальное название на английском, в графе ЗНАЧЕНИЕ русский перевод и сохраняю. В итоге значение всё равно остаётся на английском. Что я делаю не так?
