 * Submitted support requests 3 days ago. Only way to get there attention is to 
   comment on WordPress. The program looks like it has potential…but wouldn’t waste
   your money on this. I feel scammed. Just hoping I will get a refund.

   our services.
 * Actually, you’re right, you have submitted support request and we’ve got back
   to you. We explained you that the developer was checking the issue you were experiencing,
   the new version will include the fix for your WordPress installation.
 * It’s clear to us that 3 days might look like a long time, but.. that’s the speed
   we can work, we use to reply within the same day and you got a reply to your 
   issue within the same day.
 * As for the fix, we release a new version every week at least of course the issue
   is causing troubles to many users, this was not the case.
 * However, I totally understand you and you can rest assured, we work every day
   in order to make our support and product better.
 * You’re rating the pro version here, we can’t talk about the pro version on the
   WordPress forums.
 * I can confirm that we’ve received the other ticket you’ve opened and one of the
   supporter guy will get back to you ASAP.

 * It’s fine to request from a plugin author a refund, though that conversation 
   is not for these forums. But when you jump into other topics that way, that’s
   considered spamming.
