 * I currently have a website queencitycorals.com and right now my free shipping
   is at $299.99. the issue I’m having is customers are hitting the $299.99 free
   shipping and then using a coupon code to get below the free shipping threshold
   but are still getting the free shipping. How do I make it free shipping only 
   at $299.99 w/ the usage of a coupon code.
