 * Paid might be awesome, but **don’t bother with freemium.**
 * It’s easy to setup with WordPress. They auto upgrade the free account to paid
   account trial on signup, so it’s **confusing what features are available on the
   free plan**. Once you work out how to downgrade to the free plan, you can then
   you can see which features are paid addons… a lot.
 * I think they could be more transparent what’s available in the free version vs
   paid, so that small business or hobby sites don’t have to go through the whole
   install before hitting ‘upgrade now’ road blocks.
 * For me, choosing the **black chat theme** then being given #2a2a2a (grey) only
   to find they’ve obscured & randomised all the CSS classes behind a **$45 a month
   paywall.**.. was enough to move on to another liveChat option.
