freezes recovery to 97%

    I’m trying to migrate a site from online to local, wp migration creates backup and discharge locally, but when I go to restore I get stuck at 97%, I bought the version with no limits for the size of the site.
    this is the site http://www.hotellatortuga.com/

    can you help me ? It was installed w3total cache but I turned off because it was clobbered

    Our error log is located in /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/error.log.
    Could you let me know what you find?
