    Trying out your plugin which my client wants to use to collect email addresses.
   Is it possible to set a rule so the popup doesn’t appear again to someone who’s
   provided their email info?

 * Which plugin are you using to collect email addresses? The premium version of
   Boxzilla has integration with our other plugin “MailChimp for WordPress”. So 
   when a user subscribes the pop-up is not displayed.

   Constant Contact.

 * There is no build in way to do that. If you are a programmer you can manually(
   via javascript for example) set the boxzilla cookie to a very long time when 
   the form is submitted. It’s the same cookie that is set “on close”.
