Freshy Template

I really have a problem, I’m fairly new to wordpress and I’m using the Freshy theme from http://www.jide.fr/english/downloads/template-freshy-wordpress/

I would like to know if their is a way to add pages to my blog without having them appear in the top menu.Any Ideas?
