From 30+ forms to one!

This plugin has allowed us to consolidate more than thirty redundant forms into a single form. It also allowed us to eliminate more than thirty multisites that were using duplicate forms to capture and control group-specific access to form data. The GUI is top notch and it’s easy/intuitive to use. We are a Not For Profit business and can not afford the high costs of web-based application development. Formidable Forms made it possible for us to build and maintain our own data collection tool.
