 * Hi,
 * I’ve recently installed the Appointment Hour Booking plugin. Plugin working fine
   but I want to change the front end calendar and fields. I want to display like
   in the below process
    1. First, it should display Calendar 2. once select the
   date and time, then it should display Name, Email, Organization fields
 * Kindly suggest me how can I change the outlet of Calendar and fields
