Front-end edit form not working

    After upgrading to WP 4.4.2 the form does not allow a event title to be added and there are many css errors.

    A user cannot click in the title field or click in date range. They can click in the rich-text area and add a description. None of the other elements work such as submit either.

    I am using multi site. This is true even when I turn all the other plugin’s off and use a base theme.

    It should be noted that I am able to delete events on the front end.

    This happens in Chrome and FF.
