please explain a bit which part/section is not produced correctly ?
Hello – I was able to correct that issue by re choosing the Aggressive LiteSpeed Preset and making a few edits from there. However, I am now seeing differences between the presentation of two brand category pages that should actually be the same. They are:

and
https://dunbarmedical.com/brands/andover-healthcare/
The second is the correct presentation. In the first one, the text above the Quick View button should not be there and there should be a magnifying glass icon at the top left of the product grid (as shown in the second link).
These differences are showing up only in the logged out (cached) view. In the logged in (uncached) view, the pages are the same. So my conclusion is that this must have something to do with LiteSpeed caching. There are a few other brand category pages with the same anomalies.
Could you have a look and provide some suggestions? Thanks.

you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

please try this :
go to page optm -> css option -> set generate UCSS to off, save and purge all , see how it goes
As it’s a live site, I did this on the staging site (a complete replica of the production site) instead and the problem went away. However, I want to keep using the UCSS option for the site in order to optimize performance. Is this due to a bug in the UCSS generation, and can it be fixed?
I can send a LiteSpeed report for the staging site along with a link for access if necessary. Thanks.
