 * I noticed that the plugins loads a CSS file (/subscribe-to-comments-reloaded/
   includes/css/stcr-style.css).
 * What exactly it is used for?

 * It’s a bit of CSS for pagination on the comments subscription management page.
   But there isn’t really a reason to load that globally.
 * Thanks for pointing it out, in the next update we’ll make it so it only gets 
   added on the management page.
