# Frontend implementation?

 * Hello,
 * at the moment I am using another ticket plugin but I want to change.
 * I have some questions:
    1. Is it possible to implement the agents board on the frontend? We do not want
       the agents to view the dashboard.
    2. An agents should see only his tickets, only those tickets written for him.

 * Here are answers for your questions-
    1. For now this feature is not available in plugin. But agents having access to
       tickets only in dashboard. They are not allowed to view any other details/info
       on dashboard. So it is safe to give them dashboard access.
    2. It needs customization specifically for your site, Because generally people 
       want all tickets visible to agents.
