Frustrating Image Issue

I cannot upload image for almost a month. it shows ‘IO error. An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.’

I read through numerous previous posts about this topic. For those that I understand e.g. deactivate all plugin (i am not a techie), I tried but the problem is still here.

If this problem continues, I think I have to stop using wordpress….. I hate to do it….

Please help!!!
