# FTP access missing

 * I was able to mage a staging version of my page and can also access it with the
   link.
    But I cannot see any folder created with FTP. Where is it hidden? Does
   it have a different name?

 * the folder name is part of your url. Login with FTP and it is there.

 * Yes, I understand that. My staging page is /sbgclone. But there is no sbgclone
   file visible in my ftp data. Can that be anyhow hidden but still accessible?
   
   If you like, I can send you my login data via e-mail to check furhter?

 * Ok, I was able to find it. Was in a folder which wasn’t accessable directly with
   my login data. So I had to create new ones and now I can see everything.
