While attempting to setup the FTP backup options I am receiving the following error:** _FTP settings test result: Failure: we did not successfully log in with those credentials._** Please note: I have successfully logged-in via several other FTP programs & browsers using these same credentials. Please advise. As it turned out, the server had logged too many login attempts and locked the account. Sadly, I’ve tried your suggestion and turned off SSL by checking “_Disable SSL entirely where possible_“, however the problem still remains. Again, I am able to access my FTP server just fine via many other avenues( directly & via FTP programs)… no problems at all. Thank you for your help. Again, I am absolutely positive that my credentials are accurate. I am able to access my FTP site outside of UpdraftPlus with no problem.
