 * I get can’t connect to the server. How can I find out why it can’t connect to
   the server? I connect all of the time using sftp, and with winscp I connect all
   of the time as well. So I know the userid and password.

 * I found the answer that was given to somoene else who was having a similar problem
   and it worked.
