# FTP Problem

 * Every time I try to update or add a Plugin/Theme on my Multisite network, it 
   requires me to enter my FTP server information. Once I do that, an error comes
   up saying that the directory for what I am installing/updating couldn’t be created.
 * Does anyone know what’s wrong? If so please tell me what is wrong. A link to 
   a screenshot is attached at the bottom of this.

 * Would I have to delete the existing plugin folder completely before uploading
   the updated folder?
