FTP Sign In Displaying

Hello,

I am working on a site for a client and I cannot figure out why when using firefox, or a windows phone I keep getting an FTP login in pop up window. I thought I resolved the issue when I made the site live, but it just reoccured last night.

I’ve been searching around and the only solution I found was that I may have linked to the ftp somewhere, but I cannot for the life of me find a file that is linked to the ftp.

The site is nationalfranchiseinstitute.com and any advice/help anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
