 * How do I get the full screen navigation to be present on all pages instead of
   just the homepage?

 * I am using the fullwidth-no-title template for all of my pages.
 * I assume I can copy the Zerif Lite ‘template-fullwidth-no-title.php’ to my Rhea
   theme and change the menus around.
