Full Width Shortcode

Hi! I’m a newbie at wordpress and website coding, so bear with me…
I have installed the GS logo plugin and created my slider, but I’d love it to be a full-width slider. On your site you give the following shortcode for this:

[gs_logo theme=”slider_fullwidth” tooltip=”tooltip” max_logo=”9″ logo_cat=”clients,projects,portfolio”]

Ive pasted this into the shortcode text bar on my page, but it fails to show up on my page. When I paste the simple [gs_logo] onto the page, that shows up. Am I missing a step? Im using a Catch Evolution child theme. Do I need to add any special CSS into my theme to make this shortcode work?
