Fullscreen button never appears (YouTube)

    Hi,

    I initially thought the width was preventing the fullscreen button from appearing, but I couldn’t make it large enough. Every other button appears on the control panel except Fullscreen.
    Having the “Fullscreen” box checked in Media options doesn’t change this.

    Any ideas on getting that button to appear?
