Function for dynamic texts.

    Hello.
    I’ve been searching for tutorials about how to create functions in WordPress for the admin panel I created. So far I only made my theme, and created a single label and textarea in the admin panel which I want to use to change some block texts in my theme’s page dynamically, but I couldn’t find how to do it.
    So I came here asking if someone has a light for me.
