# Function in a form

 * Hi,
 * This is urgent! I need to know if it is possible to create a plugin which puts
   an html from on the front end of the wordpress system (main pages), that when
   submitted runs a function in the plugin code. IS THIS POSSIBLE?????
 * Please help me, I have search the net and people seem to have the same issue 
   yet no fix, Is it possible?

 * Could you give some more information on what you are trying to achieve? For example
   what form fields do you need on your html form? What page(e) do you need to have
   the form on etc?
 * And what sort of function did you have in mind to run when the form is submitted?
 * It is possible to have this coded in a Plugin so that you could add the form 
   to a page via a shortcode or widget etc. (have done similar widgets in the past).
   But it is not a trivial thing to achieve, would take some custom coding which
   is probably outside the scope of a forum post!
