# function is_admin() –>> error

   htdocs/wp-admin/includes/comment.php on line 110**

 * i have been getting this error . have googled / read the advise given by one 
   of the members of this forum , but it didnt work .
 * can anyone ,please let me know the fix for it.

 * if so,
    To see if this is the issue change in wp-config.php:
 * define(‘ABSPATH’, dirname(__FILE__) . ‘/’);
 * to:
 * define(‘ABSPATH’, ‘/path/to/wordpresswp-config.php/’);
 * Just don’t include the wp-config.php file name
