 * Hi, after updating the plugin to Version 3.2.1 I have the follwoing
    warning::
   call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘
   mpdf_create_admin_menu’ not found or invalid function name in /www/…/wp-includes/
   plugin.php on line 525
 *  the plugin is still working but do you have an idea, to solve the problem?

 * Thanks for reporting. Can you post that on the github page too? I know what the
   issue is and as soon as I have the bug report on github I can take a look into
   fixing it.
