Hi
I’m looking for a plugin to send a response 90 days after the email has come in.

My client wants to receive an email request from a customer via a website form, deal with it, then automatically send out a feedback email 90 days later.

Can Jetpack do this.

This plugin is not capable of doing that and I’m probably not going to be building a feature like that into it. I would recommend that you look around for a plugin that allows you to manage drip campaigns. Something like this might be useful if you use Gravity Forms along with Drip, but I won’t be able to help you out further from here.
