 * Could you please add support for recognizing the en dash (–) or `&ndash;` in 
   addition to hyphens for verse ranges? For example: Phil 4:6–7. This punctuation
   follows the _ Chicago Manual of Style_ for number ranges (also common practice
   among style manuals), and having the functionality would help with typesetting
   online texts.
 * Without this functionality, the current algorithm only recognizes the first verse
   in the range, stopping before the en dash, rather than interpreting the entire
   verse range.
