 * Hi,
    I’ve just finished migrating my WP site from one server to another (including
   the database). Having done this semi successfully, I’m puzzled because I can
   not upload the function.php file into the theme folder. i.e. I upload it, then
   it disappears and it is that file which should be activating my sidebar. My site
   currently isn’t supporting the sidebar but it should. Any ideas?

 * OK, good news. I sussed it!
 * It was to do with the CHMOD permissions, I changed the content folder to 755
   so it must of reset itself during the migration.
 * Does this mean that my site might not be secure if the CHMOD permissions have
   been reset. How can I tell if its safe or not?
