# functions.php Error And Other Posts Dont Help

 * Im running a fresh install of 1.5.1.2 on a Godaddy hosting account. I have modified
   nothing and everything under presentation give me the following error.
    Fatal
   error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/content/m/o/t/moto55/
   html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1491
 * i went to [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/36451](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/36451)
   and many other posts about file permissions and followed there advice with no
   luck.
 * i also tried to modify line 1491 using the code from [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/25847](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/25847)
   at this point i do get the page to load some what but am left with a new bunch
   of errors.
 * Warning: file(/home/content/m/o/t/moto55/html/wp-content/themes/classic/style.
   css): failed to open stream: Too many open files in /home/content/m/o/t/moto55/
   html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1434
 * Warning: implode(): Bad arguments. in /home/content/m/o/t/moto55/html/wp-includes/
   functions.php on line 1434

    The requested theme does not exist.
 * does anybody have any ideas?

 * Did you try deleting and reuploading wp-includes/functions.php and/or wp-content/
   themes/classic/style.css?

 * Hi Moto55,
 * Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I’m also on a GoDaddy account and
   this is second time it has happened. Last time I got support to reset my account
   but as I’m going travelling for a year thats not an ideal option!
 * In my very noob opinion it seems to be that something in wordpress (or a plugin)
   is not releasing the files that are being read. It’s definetley file related 
   as it’s on both the presentation and plugin tab that I get issues. Interacting
   with the DB is still fine, oh yes and there is of course the error:
 * From the plugins tab:
    Warning: file({…removed…}/wp-content/plugins/falbum/FAlbum.
   class.php): failed to open stream: Too many open files in {…removed…}/wp-admin/
   admin-functions.php on line 1471
 * From the presentation tab:
    Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object
   in {…removed…}/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1749
