 * I would like to use this plugin and appreciate the effort.
 * I am struggling with the documentation for this plugin.
 * Many of the fields this plugin add seem not to be documented. For example (but
   not the only) there is a new field possibility called “Form” but no explanation.
   The site has no search. The tutorials are very limited.
 * Again, I DO appreciate the effort and I know this is a “free” plugin but I am
   struggling to understand how to use much of it.

 * Thanks for the feedback. The field “Form” let you add select/radio/checkbox to
   let user choose a specific Dynamic Form and return the form ID/name.

 * The most up-to-date documentation you’ll find is on the plugin page readme (here).
   I know the documentation is lacking for the most advanced features like “Dynamic
   Forms”, but the plugin is still heavily work in progress (even if we’re getting
   closer to 1.0). I am working alone on this plugin, and I prefer staying focused
   on features implementation for the moment before working on a full documentation
   with examples, videos etc…
 * On the other hand, I try to be as much available as possible to answer questions,
   help people to implement advanced use case. So if you have any question, go ahead.
