# Future dated posts viewable in WP 2.0

 * So, I upgraded to WP 2.0 and my future posts are showing up.
 * In WP 1.5 you’d get a “post does not exist” page.
 * Am I doing something wrong? or is this the way it is now?
 * This seems like a stupid “enhancement.” The purpose of doing a future dated post
   is so people can’t get to it until the date and time specified. Otherwise, what’s
   the point of allowing a date and time option in the editor. The google crawlers
   will find it and it’ll be in the search engines.
