I had the issue and it was corrected after I upgraded to 2.9.1 Is it still giving the same error? Missed Schedule, I think is what mine said. I am still getting the message “schedule missed” on any future posts I create. I have downloaded a zip file of the upgrade files and extracted them but I must admit I am not entirely sure how I am supposed to try installing those – so any further help and assistance would be good. As far as I am aware I do not have any other plugins active on the site that could cause me grief. I uploaded the entire upgrade files that came in the zip file to the install directory but excluded the wp- content folder – am still getting the “missed schedule” message so I think that the upgrade to 2.9.1 is still flawed. I am open to any further suggestions. Did your webhost do the initial install for you? If so, have them do the upgrade, too. Otherwise, you’re going to have to take drastic measures. * If you can’t get your webhost to help, you can try these steps. Please, note, you are taking your chances here so make sure to backup EVERYTHING first. First, make a backup of your current, live WordPress installation. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP! Two, after making the backup, remove everything but the entire wp-content folder and the wp-config.php file.
