There is a limit on the amount of css files you can merge, due to how it works.
When you merge multiple css files, the ones in the bottom overwrite the rules from earlier files, unless the earlier files have more specific rules or important rules.
That’s why the ignore list, is a very important feature.

Having said that, kindly try to disable html minification, as well as CSS minification.
Purge the cache on the plugin settings (don’t bother with cloudflare, because the file name changes when you purge the cache on the plugin settings page).
Does it fix the issue?
And if not, does it work if you disable css processing?
And if not (again), does it work if you disable js processing and enable back the css processing?

Hi,
I fixed a bug that was affecting css minification on the footer files, so probably, this could have fixed your issues.
Kindly try version 2.1.3 and let me know if it works fine.
For now I’ll assume it works, since gravity forms is working fine on my dev environment with this version.
Thanks,
Raul
