    Galleries created with Next Gallery disappeared after updating to version 4.0.3. Why?

    How can I recover them?

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the problem you’re experiencing.

    Could you please confirm if the issue still persists with version 4.0.5 of NextGEN Gallery?

    If it does, could you let me know whether the issue affects the galleries loading when accessing “Admin > Imagely > Galleries” or when trying to view them on your site’s frontend?

    Ok, after updating to NextGenGallery version 4.0.5 the problem is solved when trying to view them on site’s frontend. Thank you and best regards
