# Gallery extra options don't function

 * Hi,
 * I am trying to use the extra options box in the Slider settings but for whatever
   reason they only work if I’m using the extra options in the **shortcode **setting
   not the **gallery **settings.
 * Maybe, I’m confused about how this works but I’m using the `do_shortcode` function
   in my template:
    `do_shortcode('[bxgallery ids="257,258,259"]');`
 * which should (if I understand right) use the gallery extra options. In my case
   it’s not a big deal as I’m not using both the slider and gallery shortcode but
   just wanted to make you aware of the bug.
 * If the extra options are entered into the slider shortcode box this works fine.

 * I have indeed fixed the bug for settings being swapped between gallery and slider
   shortcodes (version 1.4.1). Is your problem solved?
